Method
- Cook and cool the edamame: Cook 2 cups, or 340 grams of edamame, according to the package instructions. Rinse well and allow to cool completely before blending.
- Prep your ingredients: Roughly chop the avocados, garlic cloves, and fresh dill (about 7 sprigs).
- Put everything in the food processor, edamame and avocado first, and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
