Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups edamame unsalted, cooked, and shelled
  • 3 small avocados ripened
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cups dill
  • 1 juice of lime
  • 1 tsps salt
  • 1 tbps olive oil

Method
 

  1. Cook and cool the edamame: Cook 2 cups, or 340 grams of edamame, according to the package instructions. Rinse well and allow to cool completely before blending.
  2. Prep your ingredients: Roughly chop the avocados, garlic cloves, and fresh dill (about 7 sprigs).
  3. Put everything in the food processor, edamame and avocado first, and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
