Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp your favorite chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp expresso powder (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add the full fat coconut milk to your ninja creami pint, then add maple syrup, cacao powder, vanilla extract, salt, expresso powder, and your chocolate protein powder.
  2. Stir well, then add almond milk to freezer the fill line designated on the Ninja Creami pint, about 1 1/2 cups.
  3. If you have trouble incorporating the dry ingredients, use a hand frother.
  4. Put in the freezer on a flat surface for 24 hours, until frozen solid.
  5. After 24 hours, remove from freezer and use the ice cream attachment on your Ninja Creami to process, then the re-spin button to achieve that creamy texture.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
